Experimentation Tooling Advisory & Implementation
The right experimentation stack accelerates testing; the wrong one quietly slows everything down. We help you choose, set up, and integrate the tools that fit your team — vendor-neutral, end to end.
Overview
Tooling decisions made in a hurry tend to cost you for years — in flaky data, slow tests, and workarounds that calcify into process. We treat your experimentation stack as infrastructure: we assess what you actually need, recommend the right tools without vendor bias, and integrate them so experiments run cleanly and the results you act on are trustworthy. Depending on scope and the resources you have available, we either run the implementation end to end or work in close cooperation with your team.
Who it's for
- Teams choosing an experimentation or feature-flagging platform for the first time
- Companies whose current tooling produces data they don't fully trust
- Teams migrating between platforms or consolidating a fragmented stack
- Engineering and growth leads who want the setup done right — and validated — before they scale testing
What's included
- Tooling audit and requirements mapping
- Platform selection — A/B testing, feature flags, analytics
- Implementation, SDK, and snippet integration
- Data layer, event tracking, and warehouse connections
- Implementation validation — QA, A/A tests, and tracking checks
How we work
- 01AssessWe audit your current stack and workflows, map requirements against your testing goals, team size, and traffic, and identify the gaps holding velocity back.
- 02SelectWe shortlist and recommend the right tools — A/B testing platforms, feature flagging, analytics, and tag management — weighted to your budget, engineering capacity, and roadmap. Vendor-neutral, always.
- 03ImplementWe handle integration to whatever depth fits — fully end to end, or in close cooperation with your team — depending on scope and the resources you have available. Either way that means SDK and snippet setup, data layer, event tracking, QA, and warehouse connections, so experiments run cleanly and results are trustworthy.
- 04Validate & enableWe validate the implementation with QA, A/A tests, and tracking checks to confirm the data can be trusted, then document the setup, establish governance, and onboard your team so it stays maintainable.
What you get
Requirements map
A clear definition of what your tooling needs to do, tied to your goals, stack, and team.
Vendor recommendation
A vendor-neutral shortlist and recommendation with the trade-offs made explicit.
Implementation
SDK and snippet setup, data layer, event tracking, and warehouse connections — to whatever depth fits.
Validation report
A/A test results and tracking checks that confirm your experiment data can be trusted.
Governance & docs
Naming conventions, governance, and documentation so the setup stays maintainable.
Team handover
Onboarding so your team can own and extend the stack without us.
FAQ
- Do you do the implementation yourselves or just advise?
- Both, depending on scope and your resources. We can run the implementation end to end, or work in close cooperation with your engineering team — advising, pairing, and reviewing. We scope this with you up front.
- Are you tied to specific vendors?
- No. Our recommendation is driven entirely by what fits your team, budget, and roadmap — never by commercial incentives. We assess every platform on its merits and make the trade-offs explicit, so you end up with the right tool for you.
- Why does validation matter so much?
- Because an unvalidated implementation produces confident, wrong decisions. A testing tool that silently mis-tracks is worse than no tool at all. A/A tests and tracking checks confirm the data you're about to bet on is sound.
- We already have a tool — can you just audit it?
- Yes. We can validate and harden an existing setup rather than starting from scratch — auditing the implementation, running A/A tests, and fixing tracking gaps.
