Build a programme your team can sustain.
Clear priorities, dependable experiments, and learning your team can put to work.
Building an experimentation practice at PKW.de.
Besides uplifts in conversion rates at various points of the customer journey, the project helped implement an experimentation culture in our company, which we continue to strengthen across the entire team to this day.

Where this helps
When good ideas keep getting stuck.
A useful programme needs more than a backlog. It needs clear questions, reliable delivery, and a way to carry learning into the next decision. We work alongside your team to find what is slowing that down and improve the process through real experiments.
A programme that remembers.
Connect the work with what you learn
- Priorities
- Experiments
- Learning
Shared
learning
Each experiment adds to what the team knows. That knowledge informs what to test next.
- Tests happen in bursts
- Experiments depend on a spare afternoon or one person pushing them through. There is no consistent path from idea to launch.
- Priorities are hard to agree on
- The backlog is growing, but the evidence behind each idea and the reason to test it next are unclear.
- Learning gets lost
- Results are shared once, then put aside. The next experiment starts without the benefit of what the team already knows.
Give good experiments a way to keep happening.
Clear priorities, consistent standards, and learning the team can find again. We help put the working practices behind those three things in place.
01
Direction
- A programme review
- A clear view of the gaps in your current process, from research and prioritisation to quality assurance and analysis.
- A prioritised test roadmap
- A backlog grounded in customer evidence, business priorities, and the effort needed to run each experiment.
02
Standards
- Stronger experiment briefs
- Clear hypotheses, success metrics, and test designs that give everyone a shared understanding before work begins.
- Support through delivery
- Practical input on implementation, quality assurance, and analysis, matched to the capabilities of your team.
03
Continuity
- Learning you can reuse
- Result readouts and a shared record of what was learned, what changed, and which questions remain open.
- A process the team can own
- Working practices, documentation, and team sessions that help experimentation continue beyond the engagement.
Build it through the work. Make it the team’s own.
We work with the people responsible for the programme, so the recommendations translate into how the team actually works.
Build together
Agree standards and apply them to real experiments.
Embed with the team
Support internal owners as they use, review, and refine the process.
01
Understand how work gets done
Review your funnel, recent experiments, and the path from idea to decision. Identify the bottlenecks with the people doing the work.
02
Agree what deserves attention
Build a focused backlog and a shared standard for hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment quality.
03
Put the process into practice
Work through experiments together, addressing the practical problems in delivery, quality assurance, and analysis as they arise.
04
Make the learning useful
Interpret results, document decisions, and use the evidence to shape the next round of work. Help your team keep that rhythm going.
A few practical questions.
How is this different from CRO consulting?
CRO consulting supports decisions about your customer journey and what to improve. Programme consulting focuses on how your team runs experimentation: prioritisation, test quality, delivery, analysis, and shared learning. There can be overlap; we agree the focus around what your team needs.
Do we need to be running tests already?
We can help establish a programme or improve an existing one. Before recommending an approach, we look at your traffic, conversion volume, measurement, and delivery capacity. When A/B testing is not the right starting point, we focus on research and clearer measurement first.
Do you run the experiments or support our team?
The scope can include hands-on delivery or support for your existing team. We agree who owns research, design, development, quality assurance, and analysis before work starts. Full-service CRO is available when you need capacity across the whole process.
How quickly will we see results?
That depends on the state of your programme, your traffic, and the changes being tested. We agree an initial scope and useful milestones up front. Test duration follows the measurement requirements; we do not promise a fixed uplift or a result by an arbitrary date.
Let’s look at what is holding your programme back.
Tell us how your team runs experiments today and where the work gets stuck. We’ll work out where support would make the most difference.
